Order Processing

 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Times

 

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5-9 business days depending on your location within India. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Charges

 

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. A small additional fee may apply for Cash on Delivery orders, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

 

Order Tracking

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package to your door.

 

Cash on Delivery

 

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes and will be shown as an option at checkout if your location qualifies.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, Oshadi ships within India only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
